An independent menswear boutique by day, moonlighting as an organic wine bar by night. Curating deep vinyl selections spun by New York’s most underground DJs. We posit retail beyond the transaction; Rather underground Culture.
Big ambitions for a first-time business. Lack of experience led to a shoestring budget, tight deadlines, and an even smaller space. Operating morning to night with three different wide-eyed programs means a recipe for disaster; or an opportunity for design.
SOLID VOID chose equity over traditional design fees that allowed for streamlined decisions, doubling ROI for the overall business. Our systems approach is optimized for in-house fabrication, scheduling, budgets, bidding, branding, and logistics. Ultimately, Million Goods is now a staple merchant for the purveyors of the cool in NYC.
